Natasha is an NASM Certified Personal Trainer who specializes in Pre-Post Natal Fitness, Weight Management and Strength Training. She’s also the single mother of a 3 year old son who was born and raised in Brooklyn, NY. She enjoys funky socks, giant mugs of warm tea and all things that involve peanut butter.
