    Chin up. Smile. (both of those apparently have neurological effects that make you happier). Deep breath. Scan the environment for something positive to focus on. Scan mind for same. Stretch. Play. Laugh. Have sex. When all else fails, drink. Trying not to use that last one too much, makes me sluggish and fat!
