Yeah, we wish we meant that. Though actually, if you do have a partner to have sex with, a workout just beforehand will enhance the experience, because it boosts testosterone levels and increases blood flow and more. But this video shows how even if it’s the end of the day and you’re a single parent in a small apartment with a sleeping child right nearby, you can still meet your fitness goals.
