The Busy Parent’s Bedtime Workout
Yeah, we wish we meant that. Though actually, if you do have a partner to have sex with, a workout just beforehand will enhance the experience, because it boosts testosterone levels and increases blood flow and more. But this video shows how even if it’s the end of the day and you’re a single parent in a small apartment with a sleeping child right nearby, you can still meet your fitness goals.
Welcome to our weekly Singlewith Fitness series, led by single mom and personal trainer Natasha Forrest. This week: the before bedtime cardio workout.
Singlewith’s home workouts don’t require a lot of space or any equipment. You’re a frazzled single working parent (or a frazzled anybody)? You can do this! You’ll have more energy, strength – and patience. Here’s to your good health.
Natasha is an NASM Certified Personal Trainer who specializes in Pre-Post Natal Fitness, Weight Management and Strength Training. She’s also the single mother of a 3 year old son who was born and raised in Brooklyn, N.Y. She enjoys funky socks, giant mugs of warm tea and all things that involve peanut butter. Natasha is dedicated to the pursuit of happiness through a fit, active and healthy lifestyle and it is her desire to inspire YOU!
