Natasha is an NASM Certified Personal Trainer who specializes in Pre-Post Natal Fitness, Weight Management and Strength Training. She’s also the single mother of a 3 year old son who was born and raised in Brooklyn, N.Y. She enjoys funky socks, giant mugs of warm tea and all things that involve peanut butter. Natasha is dedicated to the pursuit of happiness through a fit, active and healthy lifestyle and it is her desire to inspire YOU!
